The information and alerts provided by MarketAlerts.ai are for informational purposes only and should not be construed as investment advice, recommendation, or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. 3. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

• Any automated or bulk access to the platform (bots, scraping, or similar tools) is not allowed.

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, and legal action.

5. Subscription, Trials, and Refunds

• New users are eligible for a 7-day free trial.
• After the trial, users may continue with a free plan (with limited functionality) or select from two paid subscription plans.
• All sales are final. No refunds are provided for any paid subscriptions, regardless of usage or cancellation date.

6. Privacy and Data Collection

We collect certain user information to operate and improve our services, including:

• Email address
• IP address
• Device type and browser
• Other information via Google Analytics
